Emmanuel F. Silan, PhD, RPsy
Noel is an avid learner and has a PhD in Organization Development. His dissertation was focused on Leadership Development. He holds an MA degree in Instruction Development and Technology, has completed all academic units in MA in Guidance and Counseling from Xavier University, and has a degree in BS Geography from University of the Philippines – Diliman.
He holds two Masters Practitioner Certification in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) from two institutions: one under Mr. Barney Wee of Mindtransformation Ltd. Based in Singapore, and another one from Mr. James Williams Andrews, from NLP Marin, California, USA.
In addition, Noel is currently finishing Behavioral Profiler courses at Neuro-Cognitive Intelligence (NCI) under Mr. Chase Hughes, the foremost Behavioral Profiler and mind-behavior conditioning expert in the world.
Noel is a registered Psychologist and has taken his Master’s in Counseling Psychology at Ateneo de Manila. He is an NLP and Coaching Master Trainer certified by International Association of NLP Institutes (IN) and International Association of Coaching Institutes (ICI). He is an NLP-CBT Coach-Counselor, Transformative Psychotherapist, and a Hypnotherapist.
He is currently taking a PhD in Psychology at Ateneo de Manila University with special interest on “Leadership Archetypes and the Filipino Unconscious” and on “Imprints of Pagkabalisa (Emotional Distress) on the Filipino Psyche: The Unconscious Map of Mental Suffering of Filipinos.”
At the same time, Noel is also finishing another course called Neuro-Cognitive Intelligence (NCI), a behavioral profiling and influencing system under the leadership of the famous Chase Hughes from USA.
Noel is a Co-Founder, Lead Consultant, and Head Trainer of NLP Manila Corp. – the premier NLP Coaching-Counseling organization in the Philippines. He focuses on facilitating NLP & Coaching Certification Courses, Transformative Leadership Development Courses for both government and private corporations, Executive Leadership Coaching, People Management, Organization Development programs, Counseling, Hypnotherapy, and Psychotherapy.
To date, he has written two books of anthologies of coaching, counseling, and psychotherapeutic short stories and essays. The first book is entitled Monsters and Magic: NLP Coaching and Counseling Stories while the second book is entitled Love is Made by Chickens: NLP Coaching and Counseling Stories.
