Deep transformational journey designed to guide participants into the core of who they are—beyond surface identity—so they can consciously craft a personal brand rooted in truth, alignment, and embodied leadership.
Blending NLP, Depth Psychology, CBT, Archetypal Work, and Behavioral Science, this program bridges inner transformation with outer expression. Participants don’t just define their brand—they become it.
This is not a typical branding course.
It is a process of self-revelation, integration, and activation
Program Flow:
Day 1 – Foundations & Self-Awareness through Personality Systems
Participants are brough to the deep-end of their conscious and unconscious selves, and grounding themselves in NLP Manila’s philosophy of ethical, ecological, transformative change. They clarify current vs. desired personal brand, then use Enneagram and Big Five to understand their motivational core, defenses, temperament, and leadership style.
Output: a psychologically rich current-brand snapshot and initial hypotheses about their “most authentic” leadership brand.
Key Take Home Concepts: Foundations of Radical Personal Leadership & Self-Awareness.
Deeper awareness of the self, “Who Am I” in the context of “presencing” and the world.
Day 2 – Unconscious Dynamics, Archetypes, Hero’s Journey & Shadow-Work
Participants dive below the surface into Depth Psychology. Through guided imagery and light hypno-style work, they explore unconscious material shaping their personal essence and leadership presence. They identify primary Jungian Archetypes, map their life and career onto the Hero’s Journey, and safely begin shadow-work to see how disowned traits sabotage or can fuel their brand.
Output: a mythic/archetypal framing of their leadership story and identified shadow themes to integrate.

Day 3 – Rewiring Inner Scripts with CBT, NCI & NLP
Now the focus shifts to surgical cognitive and neuro-cognitive change. Participants identify and restructure limiting beliefs and distortions via CBT, map triggers and emotional states with NCI, and install resourceful states and anchors with NLP. They design concrete micro-habits that enact the desired brand in daily life, with identity-level ecology checks to ensuresustainable, non-fragmenting change.
Output: a set of new beliefs, emotional regulation strategies, and daily behavior protocols that support brand mastery.

Day 4 – Visible Expression: Image, Story, Metaphor & Transformative NLP
Participants bring the inner work out into the world. They refine professional image and nonverbal presence, and ensure alignment with their archetype, Enneagram pattern, and values. They develop powerful metaphors and a Hero’s Journey Brand Narrative, practicing Therapeutic NLP language patterns (hypnotic languaging) for self-talk and public communication.
Output: a tested, emotionally resonant brand story, compelling metaphors, and an upgraded, congruent presence online and offline.

Day 5 – Integration, Radical Commitment & Capstone Planning
Finally, participants integrate all models into a single, operational personal brand framework. They craft a precise Personal Brand Mastery Statement, define strategic visibility moves for the next 90 days, and present a capstone that weaves together personality insights, archetypes, shadow integration, and behavioral commitments. A future-self embodiment process seals the work.
Output: a clear, written and spoken, image-rich personal brand, plus a 90-day radical personal leadership action plan with specific, measurable behavioral commitments.
