Blending NLP, Depth Psychology, CBT, Archetypal Work, and Behavioral Science, this program bridges inner transformation with outer expression. Participants don’t just define their brand—they become it.
This is not a typical branding course.
It is a process of self-revelation, integration, and activation
Program Flow:
DAY 1 – FOUNDATIONS, PERSONALITY & THE UNCONSCIOUS
Overall outcomes:Participants understand personal branding as deep alignment; gain Enneagram + Big Five insight; encounter their archetypes, Hero’s Journey, and shadow themes as the psychological architecture of their brand.
Module 1: Opening, Intention & NLP Manila Frame (60–75 min)
Module 2: Current Brand Snapshot & Feedback (60–75 min)
Module 3: Enneagram & Big Five for Self-Awareness (120 min)
Module 4: The Unconscious, Archetypes & Hero’s Journey (90–120 min)
Module 5: Introductory Shadow-Work (60–75 min)
DAY 2 – CBT, REBT, NCI & NLP FOR MIND-BODY REPATTERNING
Overall outcomes:Participants identify and reframe limiting beliefs, map emotional triggers, design brand-consistent habits, and anchor resourceful states.
Module 1: Emotional Triggers Diagnostic & Debrief (60–75 min)
Module 2: CBT & REBT – Beliefs, Distortions, and “Musts” (90–120 min)
Module 3: NCI – Triggers, States & Habit Loops (60–75 min)
Module 4: NLP – State Management & Anchoring (60–75 min)
Module 5: Behavior & Habit Design for Brand (60–75 min)
DAY 3 – EXPRESSION, INTEGRATION & CAPSTONE
Overall outcomes:Participants align image and presence with inner brand, craft story & metaphors, integrate all models, and commit to a 90-day action plan with a capstone presentation.
