Self-Awareness and the Unconscious Mind

Self-awareness and reflection leads to the unleashing of the power of the unconscious mind.

Without reflection, a deeper sense of self-awareness, a dose of humility, and a tremendous desire for personal development, this is what's happening to many of us:

Unaware: Those who think they know enough and accept whatever status they have in life. Most often, they also think that they know a lot. Unfortunately, many of them might turn out to be "Emotionally Unskilled, Unconscious, and Uninterested in Learning More!"

Self-aware: Those who know and admit to themselves that there’s still a lot know in the world and that they know little. Thus, they exert continuous effort to know a bit more. In the process of pursuing more knowledge – both personal and professional - they become much better than who they were before.

Reflective people have consciousness that becomes more fully aware, and this gives them the ability to tap on their unconscious for knowledge beyond the normal world. The best thing about this is that this skill of tapping into the unconscious can be methodically learned. And our world expands exponentially when we do so!
